Great news! All XFINITY Connect email accounts now support IMAP. For detailed setup instructions please see the Setup Instructions page.
Some important things to note:
- In your email client you cannot "convert" a POP account to IMAP. You need to set up a new account as IMAP.
- You can safely keep and continue to use your POP account within your same email client. You do not need to delete your POP account.
- But, if you do want to delete your POP account, you may. However, we recommend that you copy or move all of your email and folders to a local folder first.
